How often will I be billed?

When you upgrade your account from a free trial to a paid plan, this date shall be your billing date. We will bill your the allotted amount as noted in your “Billing” section on your dashboard.

You will be billed each month on this date - even if you upgrade or downgrade your number of licences.

We believe in only paying for what you use - you will pay on a prorata basis. For example - if you use 2 licences at the beginning of your billing month, but two weeks later you add a third licence, you will be charged the following month for 3 licences, plus the time the 3rd licence was added - 2 weeks.

If you reduce your licence count mid-billing month, you shall receive a credit the following month, reducing the bill.

All changes are reflected on billing line items in your “Billing” section of your dashboard.
