By default, with the options in HabeoHR’s Company Settings, “Holidays” are the only leave type that require approval. This is fully customisable, as can be seen in the image below.

Holiday, Sick, Doctors, Parental & Compassionate leave can all be enabled/disabled for requiring approval when your Team Members request leave. If an option in enabled, on the last screen of the booking request, the user will be informed that their request has been auto-approved.
