What are the different user roles?

HabeoHR has been built with the knowledge that not every company is the same, and in so we provide different roles to meet the needs of your different employees.

Super Admin

This user will have access to the whole dashboard, from team management, leave approval and account billing. There must always be one Super Admin in your team, but there can also be an unlimited number. The Super Admin will also receive all requests for leave approval by default (unless disabled within their profile).

Admin

This user is similar to the Super Admin, but does not have access to any Account Billing services. The admins will also receive all requests for leave on the dashboard. They will also receive emails regarding these requests (unless disabled within their profile).

Team Manager

These users will have access to the “approval panel” that allows them to approve/reject leave for the users they have been granted permission to, assigned in groups. They will also receive emails regarding these requests (unless disabled within their profile).

Team Member

This is the most commonly used user role - which will suit the majority of your team. These users have access to their own profile page, where they can change their details - as well as a panel to review their leave. Depending on “Company Settings” permissions, these users can/can not view other users approved leave on the calendar.
